Sex can definitely help with weight loss/exercise! Don't want to go to the gym? Try some #SexTime instead! :) Here are some great positions for a good workout;
"Doggy" style - This position works your glutes and quads
Bridge - This one is tricky! It takes some acrobatics, but you will work out ALL the muscles
Wheelbarrow - As exciting as sex positions go - this one is fun for all! It'll work out your arms, legs, stomach, the whole thing!
Partner Superior - This 'oldie but goodie' is a great option when one person wants to 'take it easy' - and the other wants to skip the gym in the morning! Working glutes, thighs, and calves, you'll certainly get your workout in on this one!
